All Tabs Closing Automatically

Occasionally in the last few days, a click on one tab closes all tabs. These are not from the same domain where you can 2xclick on one tab to close all similar tabs. This is an action that closes all tabs regardless. I have no idea why it happens and I'd like to get it fixed.
